No. Our jewellery has an anti-tarnish coating. If the colour fades within 6 months, we replace it.
Is your jewellery safe for skin?
Yes. It is skin-friendly and safe for daily wear. It does not cause green marks or skin rashes.
Can I wear it daily?
Yes. You can wear it to the office, college, gym, or outings. It is designed for everyday use.
How should I take care of my jewellery?
Store your jewellery in a dry place when not in use. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, chemicals, and harsh cleaners to maintain long-lasting shine.
Can I wear it in water?
Normal water exposure and sweat are fine. Avoid perfumes and chemicals directly on the jewellery for longer life.
What is the warranty?
We offer a 6-month colour warranty. If the colour fades under normal use, we replace the product.
How do I claim warranty?
Share your order ID along with a photo of the issue on WhatsApp. Our team will assist you quickly.
What if the size doesn’t fit?
We offer easy exchanges on unused products within 7 days of delivery.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available for most pin codes across India.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
