1. Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers issues related to:

If such issues occur within 6 months from the date of delivery, Lunia Jewels will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or provide an appropriate resolution.

2. Conditions of Normal Wear

“Normal wear” includes regular daily usage under standard conditions. The warranty applies only when the product is used and cared for in a reasonable manner.

3. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• ● Scratches, dents, breakage, or bending
• ● Damage due to exposure to chemicals such as perfumes, sanitizers, detergents, chlorine, or cleaning agents
• ● Improper use, improper storage, or misuse
• ● Natural wear and tear not related to plating defects
• ● Loss or theft of the product

4. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must:

• ● Provide the order number and required details
• ● Upload clear images or videos showing the issue

Once the form is submitted, our support team will review the request and get back to you within 24 hours.

All claims are subject to inspection and approval by Lunia Jewels.

5. Resolution

• ● Lunia Jewels may repair or replace the product depending on availability
• ● If replacement is not possible, an alternative solution may be offered
• ● The final decision regarding the resolution rests with Lunia Jewels

6. General Terms

• ● The warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of delivery
• ● The warranty is non-transferable
• ● Proof of purchase is mandatory
• ● Lunia Jewels reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the policy conditions

7. Jewellery Care

To maintain the quality of your jewelry, customers are advised to avoid contact with chemicals and to store products in a dry, safe place when not in use.
